Each special person who touches our life leaves a unique mark on our heart. By making a gift to honor someone important to you or to pay tribute to the memory of a loved one who has passed away, you, too, will be making a difference — in the lives of our patients.
One hundred percent of your gift will benefit the program or initiative of your choice and is fully tax- deductible. In addition, when you make a gift to honor or in memory of someone, we will notify the family or person you specify (your contribution amount remains confidential).
A Gift in Honor is a meaningful way to acknowledge the courage and strength of someone, or celebrate an important health or survivorship milestone. They can also commemorate a personal milestone—a birthday, wedding, anniversary, holidays, graduation, or retirement—and support Ochsner Lafayette General at the same time.
A Gift in Memory can help express the sense of loss you feel when you lose someone. It is also a meaningful way to celebrate the memory of a loved one who cared about Ochsner Lafayette General’s mission.
Memorial & Tribute gifts are designated for unrestricted funds that provides support for patient care across Ochsner Lafayette General’s hospital entities.
