In an effort to make paying for your care as simple and stress-free as possible, we have several payment options for both convenience and affordability. Pay My Bill Now – with Credit or Debit Card
Welcome to Quick Pay, Ochsner Lafayette General's online bill paying and viewing system. With Quick Pay, you can conveniently view or pay all of your accounts with Ochsner Lafayette General.
To get started, you only need four items to access the system:
- Last name of bill recipient (addressee)
- Date of birth of bill recipient (addressee)
- Access code located at the bottom of your billing statement
- Payment type (credit card, debit card or flexible-spending card)

Financial Counselors are available at both locations to take your payments, assist with any billing queestions you may have, as well as provide you with information about our Financial Assistance Policies.

Health Services Financing
We understand that untimely accidents or events happen and that is why Ochsner Lafayette General has partnered with Commerce Bank to offer an option for patients to pay their medical bills over time for services rendered prior to May 1, 2022.
You can enroll quickly and without hassle online, over the phone or in person.
