Founded in 2014, Ochsner Lafayette General Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing resources to help advance the mission of Ochsner Lafayette General – To Restore, Maintain & Improve Health through philanthropy.
As a non-profit health system, Ochsner Lafayette General relies on the generosity of donors to support vital funding for programs and projects in patient care, innovative technology and equipment, capital improvements, and health education. The Foundation works closely with generous community and corporate partners to align their philanthropic interest with Ochsner Lafayette General’s vision to be a regional healthcare system that always delivers excellence. The Foundation works diligently to champion the importance of healthcare philanthropy and ensure that donors understand the impact of their gift and the lives they have touched.
