St. Martin Hospital Named Best Place to Work in Healthcare

St. Martin Hospital (SMH) has been selected by Modern Healthcare magazine as one of the 2015 Best Places to Work in Healthcare. This is the second-consecutive year SMH has been named to this prestigious list. All 100 winners of the award will be featured in the October 19 issue of the magazine.

This recognition honors workplaces throughout the healthcare industry, on a national level, that empower their employees to provide patients and customers with the best possible care, products and services.

“We are extremely proud of to be recognized nationally for what we do here,” says Bryan Laperouse, FACHE, interim CEO at SMH. “It’s important for people of this area to know that our hospital aims to provide the best environment possible for both our patients and our employees and we do an exceptional job in accomplishing this. In its eighth year, the award program identifies and recognizes outstanding employers in the healthcare industry on a national level. Modern Healthcare partners with the Best Companies Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey.
