Patrick Dale LeLeux, Jr., M.D., is moving his Internal Medicine practice from Kaplan to Crowley. As part of this relocation, Dr. LeLeux is aligning his practice with Lafayette General Health (LGH) by joining their physician group, Lafayette General Medical Doctors. LGHmanages Acadia General Hospital in Crowley, where Dr. LeLeux is part of the medical staff.
Dr. LeLeux, born in Crowley and a graduate of Crowley High School, says he decided to relocate his practice to improve his services and outreach. He says partnering with Lafayette General Health and being closer to Acadia General Hospital was the best way to expand services for his existing patients and be more accessible to new clientele.
His new office opens Monday, November 3, at 1307 Crowley Rayne Hwy., Suite C. To schedule an appointment, call (337) 788-1932.
Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. LeLeux earned his Doctor of Medicine, with honors, and master’s degree in Medical Science from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine at St. Maarten (Netherlands Antilles), and completed his residency through LSU. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Dr. LeLeux previously served as a nuclear machinist mate in the U.S. Navy.
Dr. LeLeux’s adult-patient services include endoscopic evaluations, diabetic management and high blood pressure control.
