November 2013 Recognitions

LGMC was named among “America’s Best Hospitals for Obstetrics in 2014” by Certified Women. The award is based on robust criteria that consider female patient satisfaction and what women say they want from a hospital such as quality physician communications, responsiveness of nurses and support staff, cleanliness and trusted referrals from other women.

LGMC was named recipient of the 2013 Press Ganey “Guardian of Excellence Award” for patient satisfaction. This award recognizes top-performing healthcare facilities that have consistently achieved the 95th percentile or above in patient satisfaction, employee engagement, physician engagement surveys or clinical quality performance measures.
