LGMC was named a “Safe Sleep Champion Hospital” by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals. The hospital was recognized for educating parents and staff about Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and promoting infant safe sleep practices recommended by the Louisiana Safe Sleep Campaign.
