Lafayette General Health Director Named in 2018 Silicon Bayou Top 100
Lafayette – Cian Robinson, Lafayette General Health (LGH) executive director of innovation, research and real estate investments was named by Silicon Bayou News to the 2018 Silicon Bayou 100 for the third year in a row. Now in its seventh year, the awards recognize the 100 most influential and active people in tech and entrepreneurship in Louisiana.
Robinson is responsible for the strategy, growth, development and operational functions of LGH’s Healthcare Innovation Funds, Real Estate Investment Fund, Opportunity Zone Fund as well as research department. To date, the Healthcare Innovation Funds have invested $3.05 million in healthcare startups while the Real Estate Investment Fund has invested $6.0M in property acquisition and redevelopment.

Driving innovation is a key cornerstone for the health system. The Healthcare Innovation Fund investment program has devoted money to a number of companies and initiatives that have helped to enhance healthcare.
