Lafayette General Health Brings OB/GYN to Crowley

Lafayette General Health announces the opening of an obstetrics and gynecology office by Jimmy Skrasek, M.D. He will offer special services in obstetrical care, women’s health and menopause management.

Dr. Skrasek will operate his practice at his new office located at 1325 Wright Ave., Suite K, in Crowley. His OB/GYN residency was performed at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine.

A husband and father, Dr. Skrasek understands the value of building long-term relationships and making a difference in his community. His experience includes high-volume and high-risk deliveries to bolster his distinguished academic credentials and professional background.

Dr. Skrasek is board certified in Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation Program and STAN Electronic Fetal Monitoring. He is a member of the American Medical Association. He is also a Junior Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
