Cancer Center of Acadiana at Acadia General Welcomes New Physician

Cancer Center of Acadiana (CCA) at Acadia General Hospital welcomes Rebecca Roques-Davis, M.D., to its staff. Dr. Davis is an Internal Medicine physician who specializes in hematology oncology. She began seeing patients on January 19.

Dr. Davis earned her Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She completed her internship and residency at Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge.

Prior to joining CCA, Dr. Davis was a hematology oncology physician at Pontchartrain Hematology Oncology in Hammond and a Hospitalist at Christus Health in Shreveport. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and in Medical Oncology.
